Full-Stack Engineer, Sales Automation
Build the software that finds, qualifies, and prices C&I prospects so our sales team spends its time in conversations, not spreadsheets.
About the role
We know exactly who we sell to: manufacturers and industrial facilities spending $10K+ a month on electricity. There are thousands of them in our markets, and how fast we grow depends on how quickly we can reach, qualify, and price them. This role exists to build the software that does that at scale, so every account executive spends their day with strong prospects and every proposal goes out fast.
You’ll own the products behind our sales engine: finding sites, qualifying them, generating proposals, and following up. You’ll work with the people who use what you build, and nobody will hand you a roadmap.
What you’ll do
- Build prospect-screening tools that find and rank facilities in our customer profile using public, utility, and company data.
- Connect prospecting, our CRM, and our pricing tools into one clean pipeline.
- Automate utility-bill and interval-data intake so qualifying a site takes minutes, not days.
- Generate proposals and pricing sheets directly from our pricing models.
- Build outreach and follow-up automation our account executives and BDRs actually use.
- Instrument the funnel, run experiments, read the results, and decide what to build next.
- Choose where AI is useful and add human checks where errors matter.
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years building production software, including Python and a modern frontend framework.
- A record of shipping tools that sales, marketing, or operations teams relied on.
- Strong data fundamentals: APIs, integrations, data models, and pipelines.
- Product judgment: you can turn a vague complaint into the right tool, and you measure whether it worked.
- Fluency building with AI, and a solid sense of what good, maintainable code looks like.
Nice to have
HubSpot or other CRM APIs, data enrichment tools, document generation, utility data (Green Button, UtilityAPI), or growth experimentation.
Why EQORE
The future of energy is distributed. Commercial and industrial customers consume more than 65% of America’s electricity, yet less than 1% of recent battery deployments have gone to C&I sites. We are building the engine that closes that gap: not just the software that manages batteries, but the machine that sells, finances, and deploys them across the United States. Our goal is to become the largest deployer and manager of C&I energy resources in the world.
You build the sales engine itself. The number of facilities we can reach is capped by what you ship.
